a classic icefall winding its way through impressive rock scenery.

a great route which is long and with an interesting succession of ice steps.

a splendid route deep in a river gorge, but just be careful after fresh snow fall, as it can sometimes avalanche.

a great long route which is the classic of the valley with several different finishes up to 5+. The classic ascent is both on the left and right, while the central pillar which rarely forms offers a fascinating climb. Approach 1h30 • Alt. 1950M
situated high up in a deep long couloir this icefall offers continual interest of average difficulty. It remains in condition till late into the season.

this well known test piece can be seen high up on the valley side, forming most winters.

a fantastic route of its grade set in magnificent mountain scenery with equipped abseil descent.

a beautiful and quiet icefall in condition till late in the season.
